List

list – (Italian lista = strip, strip of paper)

A list is a specific directory structure, or a specific directory that classifies terms into a thematic collection. This is usually done according to a previously defined principle, such as in alphabetical or chronological order. In computer science, the "list" describes a data structure with a finite number of entries.
Tables are often used to display lists, tables in turn are defined as a combination of several lists.
